DCM and Associates Privacy Statement
Information Collection and Use
DCM and Associates is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. DCM and Associates collects information from our viewers and users at various different points on our website.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates unless it is set to expire on a specific date. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site but at this time, we have no log in so cookies are not an issue on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. DCM and Associates at this time uses NO cookies yet but may in the future. We have no control over how other services ex.(banner exchanges, counters, etc.) which in no way are owned by us use cookies if they even do. We can assure you that cookies that are controlled by DCM and Associates will never be sold or given to anyone else and will only be used for services.
Log Files
At times, if we find that a copyright violation or other problem arises from misuse of our site by another person, We may collect your ip address. Please note that your ip address is for our internal use only and we will only look over it unless your ip address matches the one that committed the violation. Your ip address will not even be sent to us unless we find a match between yours and the violation. Please check this document often if you feel that we have used an ip address. The complete reason and what we use it for will be stated here. Remember, as we said, we only collect it if we have a problem or violation and it is not looked over unless it is need to be. We do not sell or give away your ip address because we do not log it (keep it) unless needed. And if we do log it, it will be for our use only so we can track the violator and turn it over to the proper authorities.
Sharing
We do not allow people to order services from our site so there is no worry for us to make your information available to other companies, ex. (Shipping company, etc.) because we do not collect that type of information. All orders are done by phone and/or mail only.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we, DCM and Associates, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.
Security
All information that you send us will be protected and not sold. We do not use an encrypted connection for information that is sent from your computer to our servers so we do not collect any personal information for that reason. The only information that we collect is your Name, email address, and the other info that the specific form asks for. We require information like your name and email address for reply purposes and is for our use only so we will not give it out to anyone else. We respect your privacy and the security of your email address also. We keep your email address on our computers only, not our server except when it hits our email inbox, then it will be stored there also. When we are done with the email contacts, the emails are deleted and your email address will only be kept on our computers if it is used in a purchase that you made or if we feel we may need to contact you in the future. We and our associates are the sole users of your information.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy (like stated in the ip address section before), we will post those changes on our Homepage so our visitors are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we ever need to use your information, we will give you a choice first. Only new customers will have a choice, past ones will not be included in the gathering of information therefore their information will not be used. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

We will abide by our policy and all changes will immediately be posted here. It is our up most responsibility to protect your information. Please remember that there is no need to worry because we will NEVER collect personal information over our website and your name and email are not considered personal information. We will never ask you for personal information such as Address, SS# or phone number over the Internet. We will collect information like name, address, and phone number over the phone for billing information and/or a request from you for information but this will only be over the phone or normal mail, not email or any other part of the email for security purposes. We will never collect that type of information (besides name) over the internet so rest assured of that.
Problems and Untrust
If you find a form on our site that asks for personal information, such as your "Address, SS# or phone number", Please first visit this page to see if we have made any changes, all changes will be stated near the top. Also to verify that the changes were in fact made by us, we will have an email address for you to send and email to verify that we indeed did make the changes. If you for some reason do not trust the change, email us at the verification address, after you send the email, an auto response will immediately reply with recent changes, if you find the change in the auto reply, you can verify that they were made by us. If you do receive an auto reply from the address but it contains no verification in it, go no further, do not fill out the form, immediately contact us over our main address, milldog@dcmandassc.com and tell us about it. If you do not receive an auto reply at all, there was an error with our server so you need to contact us at support@dcmandassc.com to verify. That address will also generate an auto reply but is meant for the support address only and is not a verification, we will verify personally in email from the support address.
Either way, we know that you will feel safe on this site. We really feel that it is important that we have created the privacy verifier address so that you can tell if it is truly made by us.
If you ever receive an email, asking for personal information such as Address, SS#, or phone number but not including name and email address from somebody stating that they are an employee of DCM and Associates, do not reply to it. We will never ask for personal, sensitive information over email so just ignore the email, save it, and contact us at support@dcmandassc.com to let us know of the problem.
