DCM and Associates is a family owned business that is extremely diversified in the woodworking field. With over 30 years of experience, we have made a good reputation of our work. We have built almost anything ranging from cabinets, mantels, houses, decks, small wood parts, and craft blanks. We can create almost anything that you specify. Please read through this document to get a better idea of who we are and what we do.
History
The owner, Don Miller, has been working with wood since the age of nine. He managed the millwork division for Steinman-Cedarburg Lumber Company in Wisconsin for 15 years. Prior to that, he was superintendent of Graphic Products Inc. which manufactured displays and exhibits for the home building industry for three years. In 1997, he moved to Arkansas and started a company of his own, Have Tools Will Travel, which did basic handyman work as well as cabinetry, decks, mantels, stairways, remodeling, and construction. In 2001-2003, he changed his name to DCM and Associates after moving into a larger production facility. Now DCM and Associates not only does what Have Tools Will Travel did but now has the possibility to mass-produce wood products.
What We Can Do
Our Production facility, located in Bentonville, Arkansas, allows us to produce much larger quantities of products than ever before. We can build a variety of things. Whether it is cabinets for your home or business, wood component parts, mantels, or craft blanks ready for you to finish, most anything in wood is possible for us to produce.
Residential Products and Construction
For the residential field, we can make cabinets, mantels, and stairways. We can also do additions to your house or deck. We do remodels as well as new construction and custom homes.
Business’s and Companies
We can make a wide selection of products for your company. For example, you own a company that makes shoe shining machines, you make every part except for the wooden case, We can fill that gap and provide the case for you. That makes a finished product. Whether you need a full product made or just a few wooden parts, we can do it all. We can mass-produce parts in any way that you need them. Crafters
Do you make and/or design crafts but don’t have the equipment to make large amounts of it? If so, we can help. Instead of you having to cut, sand, paint, and add the designs to the wood, we can take over the cutting and sanding part. Then we can ship the finished wood back to you for you to finish it. This makes things go allot faster than creating the whole thing yourself and generally saves you time and money.
Custom Products
If you have looked around for someone to make a particular item and have run into nothing but trouble, we may be the folks to call. We enjoy unique products. We can design anything custom to your own specifications. Whether you need 10 or 10,000 parts, just contact us and we will outline what can be done.
For Residential Products or Installs
We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Arkansas. Residential Building Contractors License #0104590602. We are limited at this time to only local construction of decks, houses, and remodels. We provide FULL services to local cities in Arkansas. Please call us for information on what can be done for what you need.
For National or Local Producers and Companies
As stated above, we limit our construction and remodeling services to our local market only, but our other services are national and some even international. We can mass-produce any type of wooden part needed to complete a product. We can then have it shipped off to your company ready to be used. Whether you need a piece of wood cut to a certain shape or size, or you need a board machined in a particular way, we have the capability. Please contact us with your small or large needs.
